These terms govern your use of CleverSteps, provided by NinetySix Technologies LLC. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.

Educational purpose

CleverSteps provides parent-guided activity ideas for everyday learning. It is not medical care, therapy, diagnosis, developmental screening, or a substitute for advice from a qualified health or education professional.

Adult supervision

A parent or caregiver must choose appropriate activities, supervise the child, use safe age-appropriate objects, and stop any activity that is unsafe or uncomfortable.

Subscriptions

CleverSteps Premium is an automatically renewing annual subscription. Payment is charged to the parent’s Apple Account. Renewal, cancellation, refunds, and billing are managed through Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms. Subscription details are shown before purchase.

Acceptable use

You may use CleverSteps for personal or family use. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, misuse, or interfere with the service or its content except where law permits.

Availability and changes

We may improve, update, or discontinue parts of CleverSteps. We work to provide a reliable experience but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
